Property Management

Our property management was designed to be the most efficient for the investor and tenant.  We have two full time staff (just for property management) available Monday - Friday 9-5 MST to assist with questions and management.  In addition to our office staff we have Licensed Field Agents to meet and show potential customers, sign leases, and deal with agencies like Housing Authorities (Section 8).

I personally train all of our staff and agents on the needs of investors so you won't feel that your needs are not being met.  We currently manage over 140 properties from the smallest investor to the Department of Vererans Affairs.  We have the confidence that if we can meet their high standards you will feel great about your decision in choosing us as your management company.

Our current Property Management fees are as follows: 1/2 of the first months rent for leasing fees, plus 10% of gross rents collected. *additional fees for evictions, ect.
